Extremelly unreliable customer support!!!!!

I purchased Tab for Google+ Pro and I am still waiting for a supposed help on my problem. Im running snow leopard which I was running all along while I have been using the application. But after the latest update the app DOES NOT LAUNCH anymore. I have contacted them alredy for support, they responded my email a couple weeks ago....but I am a bit frustrated now!!!!
