Window disappears

Running SnowLeopard OSX 10.6.8

Cant believe this app is listed in the app store as it doesnt behave like a Mac OSX app at all. When you start the app...

1) Doesnt show up in CMD-Tab List
2) Doesnt show up in Dock Bar
3) Doesnt support normal OSX app features like "Quit". Need to quit from activity monitor. Wha?
4) No scroll bar
5) Window disappears soon as you do anything. Only way to bring it back is by clicking an icon on the top menu bar which is totally "unique". No other deamons (growl, timecapsule, wireless) behave that way.

Dont think the developer cares much for application consistency. Considering the deep review done for on iTunes app store, surprised apple let this one onto the app store at all.
