Same Developer, Inconsistent

The same developer created the Facebook Tab app for Mac which is actually really good. However the G+ app doesnt have the same Preferences options (why not, its the same developer!?) Also, my biggest complaint with all of these apps is:

1) Not a "normal Mac App" interface:
a) Cannot access preferences the same way as *every* other Mac App using COMMAND + ,
b) Not shown in the dock, therefore I cannot limit the app to specific Desktops.
c) Cannot resize the window (this is basic app building 101)

2) Small issue: the icon in the Menu Bar looks….fuzzy? Which is weird because the Facebook Tab app icon looks great!
